Excite : When you listen to 『MICROCOSM』 album, perhaps there are some important message in 『Sign』 from FLOW?

Kohshi : Correlation..?
Even though 『Sign』 single has made this album deca(big), any events and talks of something which usually spoken in secret, those voices finally came out.

I think that song(Sign) was for changing their thought(for not to keep things unspoken)

Excite : So you've changed your way(of thinking)to create music like this, didn't you?

TAKE : It's not important, isn't it?

Maybe until the end of last year we've talked much and decided this album(with all of the songs inside)

Why? Because we were trying to whip something new for this album.

Even all those tracks are connected each other from the first to the last track,

Those songs was neatly one-piece which tells a story.

For the demonstration i came up with maybe 30 songs, and i have the members and staffs to sort(select) it.

In the gathering, one of the tracks, 『 SIGN』, was chosen.

Excite : Does『 SIGN』 special?

TAKE : Well.. in your opinion(everybody)?

All : Yes!

TAKE : The first line of『 SIGN』 gives impression it's usual, but when it comes to middle lines, it's totally a different song.

Excite : Why you(FLOW) made a totally different album(MICROCOSM) from another?

TAKE : We've interested on it since long. Many album released in the packs of greatest hit, but now we're trying to make one that everyone would interested by listening on it.

Excite : Iwasaki-san, you've been listening to rock album for years, so what's your impression of 『MICROCOSM』?

Iwasaki : Those albums were from foreign artists, but i've been dragged by Japanese people's music taste too lately.

So this time, i tried to gives poetry in music and thinks for the tune people would love to listen, as if there's something that represent our words, "we want to say this" in it(MICROCOSM).

At first i'm having thought about the song title and length too, but then i think, i'll take that all and just do it.

Excite : Are you feeling connected to the songs(in MICROCOSM) when performing it?

GOT’S : It can be considered as "yes", because so far we're concepting it objectively.

Excite : So, it was all because of the concepting?

GOT’S : I think it was, because the tunes has been decided(prepared) early, also the order of the tracks.

Excite : Then, it's like message from one track connecting the whole tracks?

Kohshi : Seems so. I think it's because those messages were a branch of 『SIGN』 song.

Excite : Likely, this album's tracks has straight-forward messages on it and not much tune-increasing, though i expect there would be more.

Kohshi : He's going against it. (laugh)

All : (laughing)

Kohshi: At first, maybe this album(MICROCOSM) isn't what people expected... like the numbering of tracks (laugh)

We're saying words which(maybe)too provocating or even naive. It really resembles us as the creator.

So, even if it's a bit diverge, i want those messages approach the listener.

Keigo : Whether it can be understood or not (laugh)

Kohshi : That's right. It will be easier to grasp the meaning when the song's out because it's too difficult to express the song's composition here.

Keigo : It's like, "We're there just because the time has come for us to do so"

Excite : You're deciding your own time (laugh)

Kohshi : Seems so. But i always do my work whenever it is. that's my motto.
So i'm doing my best when singing the selected songs Take has made.

Excite : ..Though i think there would be no differ singing a song in any way you like.

Keigo : There would be. Lyrics will differ as we perform it either in demonstration or in performances, though they(listeners) probably wouldn't realize it like us.

That's why it IS possible to sing without paying attention to the tunes and lyrics' synchronizing.

But i'll feel strange if so.

Excite : Strange?

Keigo : For example, the impression changes fast everytime i practice that song.

By thinking the lyric, you'll feel the impressions flowing and it changex really fast in yourself.

『MICROCOSM』 album is different that i won't slack off while singing it. Because it was made from a fresh concept from our whole heart.

Excite : So all of you always feel different impressions from the people involved in 『MICROCOSM』 making and also the listeners out there.

TAKE : Yeah, anyway, this album might made the listeners noticed the sense.

Kohshi : I want this album which the songs inside has catchy melodies and resemble people's expressions.

We've put all of our strength in this(album making)

We'll look forward to people's response. I hope our(FLOW) image will be together with(MICROCOSM)listeners.
